Downstairs is the living-cooking-dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rainfall shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! The apartment includes a spacious, open-plan living-dining and cooking area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 modern TVs and the high-quality furnishings of the apartment invite you to relax. All rooms have underfloor heating and real wood floors. You can go from both the living room and both bedrooms to the 25 m² furnished, sunny and wind-protected terrace and enjoy the view of the Jenner. Children are very welcome here.

Welcome to our balcony apartment "Watzmann♡Liebe3" in Schmitthäusl. Our apartment is located in a quiet, nature-friendly yet convenient location within walking distance of Berchtesgaden. The view from the balcony of the Watzmann is breathtaking. You can reach the center of Berchtesgaden with a short, beautiful walk over the Soleleitungssteg footbridge, which offers fantastic views of Berchtesgaden and the mountains.

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

From the terrace in front of the apartment you have a magnificent view of the Hoher Göll. On the spacious balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and the view of the Untersberg. In front of the house, there is free parking and the bus stop can be reached in 1 minute on foot.
