Partially renovated, 250 yr old hm, & still a Work in Progress. Steep steps to 2nd floor, private entrance & very large living room. The house is in reconstruction and therefore is nicely discounted because of this. Prepare for drywall & painting art (sorry in advance) Think of this as an old-fashioned “Glamping” experience! This is NOT a luxury stay, but the serene outdoors makes the difference. Thermospa tub in the backporch looks over the waterfalls. 8 friendly chickens & 3 shy garage cats.

Spaciously huge layout for this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home. The entrances are all on one level, no stairs. Garage entrance has a ramp as well. The kitchen is complete with newer appliances such as flattop cook top, two door oven, dishwasher, and large capacity refrigerator. Living room is HUGE with lots of room for games. Large flat screen Roku TV, high speed internet throughout the home. Outside there is a ton of parking space including a secure private garage and 129 acres to enjoy.

Home Alone Mountain Retreat

We rent the house beautifully located in the small vacation community on the hill with a mountain view from the wrap-around deck. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the 1,5 acre land adjacent to the state forest, take on the stroll in the woods, wander around the historic villages, take a swim in the pond, enjoy the country roads on the mountain bike or visit Windham and Hunter. There is a hot tub on the deck but we determine availability daily. We do not charge the cleaning fee.
