We imagined the house to be bigger than it actually was. Both of us needed to do some work, and we couldn't find any arrangement that would let us set up our workspaces more than a few feet away from each other, in the living room. But it wasn't the end of the world, and I am sure this is irrelevant for most people. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Everything is clean and works. The view is nice. We went for a hike every day. A friendly dog probably belonging to some neighbor came a few times to hang out on the deck.

There is nothing to complain about the hostess Marcella. The house was beautiful , clean , tidy and cosy we had everything we needed . We didn't miss anything. You can see that the house is well taken care of. We even got new year decorations , champagne and sweets from Marcella's father , it was very nice. We appreciate it very much. The nature around the house was beautiful , we would definitely love to come back in the summer 🙂Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful house 🙂I leave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars !!!!

Matt's place was very well equipped and was a good size for our group of 7. All the essentials that we needed were there. Great fun watching March Madness on the big screen TV. Convenient to many local places. Mill Pond Tavern and Buck Hill Farm a mere minutes away, and both were really good. We had a great weekend at Matt's barn!

The house was really well kept, designed and fitted with tons of fun activities. it sits on a gorgeous lake with incredible views! a few bugs of course as you’re so close to nature. marlaina was super responsive even when we had questions early in the morning. we loved staying here and hope we can again!

Ivan's place emulated a YouTube cozy winter jazz 12 hour video. It had everything you ever needed to feel relaxed and at peace. There were antique fire places inside the home, the house was made out of wood, it was clean and stylish. The location was great , facing the lake and mountains. It was a great place to disconnect and get away from all the noise. The town was 10 min away where you can get anything from wine to coffee to produce. Really grateful to the host for creating such a nourishing space and sharing it with the world. Thank you Ivan!

This was our third time staying at the Little Green House, and it somehow just gets better every time. It’s such a wonderful place to be—calm, cozy, and thoughtfully put together in every way. Everything you need is there, and it all just works. Our toddler even asked for it by name this time, which says a lot. She had the best time, and so did we. There’s plenty to do, both inside and out, and every part of the house feels considered and cared for. It’s beautiful and just a really special space. The hosts are kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They always make us feel welcome and are so accommodating whenever we need anything. We’re so glad we found this place and hope we can keep coming back for a long time.

I stayed here with my two sons 7yo and 4yo and we had a blast. We didn't get to take advantage of the lake activities because it unfortunately snowed (in April) so we switched gears and just enjoyed cozy indoor time within this tiny gem of a home with it's fireplace, a few movies on the large TV, some time in the hot tub and ran around in the huge yard. Just what my kids needed to get away from NYC. Kitchen is small and definitely requires some pre-planning... Luckily I accounted for the mini fridge space and brought lots of nonperishable foods (but Dariusz did mention earlier in the day that we should stop at a grocery store to avoid any surprises as well) Used their grill and kitchen and even made a quick firepit s'mores activity with the kiddos. Overall a memorable few days with my two sons and I hope to come back here on the next DAdventure we have.

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at many Airbnbs and by far this is the best. The accommodation is outstanding and extremely clean. The house was rebuilt within the last year with all new appliances. The lake was frozen but the view was spectacular. Have never experienced a host that is so responsive, had a minor issue and within minutes someone showed up and addressed the issue. My family and I are skiers and this location will be our yearly destination. I certainly endorse this property and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home filled with character. An old farm house full of knickknacks and artwork, it felt both warm and eclectic. The wood stoves in the main space added to the cozy, rustic vibe — great for those who enjoy them, though tending to the logs in the winter months may not be to every guest's liking. A secluded, quite location, and the farm animals on the property made the experience even more special! The host is friendly, responsive, and welcoming, which we really appreciated. We loved the farm fresh eggs and cider! One thing to note is that the house has personal effects throughout — including the fridge and bathrooms. This wasn’t an issue for our family as we loved the lived-in feel — it feels reminiscent of AirBnB’s early days — but it's worth noting if you prefer a more streamlined, impersonal rental. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay. Definitely recommend for those who appreciate history, charm, and a homey space!

Matt’s place was amazing! It looks just like the pictures. We had 4 days of complete peace and quiet, other than the amazing sounds of nature. Plenty of land to explore and enjoy all alone. Matt was a great host, accommodating, fast to respond and very friendly. We can’t wait to go back! I might suggest bringing a small table for games or what not. Thanks for a great long weekend!

My family of 6 had a great weekend at the cabin! We wanted to go to Howe Caverns so we decided to make a weekend out of it. This was one of the few air bnbs nearby and I'm so glad we were able to book it. The cabin was clean and looked even better in person. So cozy. The views from the loft are gorgeous. The location is quiet and peaceful. We cooked all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, as well as used the brand new grill. Loved having access to a dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergents supplied. We spent plenty of time relaxing in the hot tub and appreciated the swim towels that were provided. My kids loved walking around the pond looking for salamanders. They also enjoyed the little frog pond. We had a camp fire and watched the sunset amongst the beautiful mountain views. We enjoyed playing the board games. They had fun in the sun room getting energy out with the exercise equipment. No complaints and we had the best time! My kids didn't want to leave! We will be back!

Jennifer was a great host! She was very responsive prior to our arrival and provided some local recommendations for us and our dog. Our dog loved running around the property, and Jennifer kindly provided dog treats and toys for her. The airbnb was exactly as described. We had a great time!

We had a great time here. Very peaceful with an amazing view of the mountains. Main house is close by but still very private. Our dog absolutely loved it! Nice trails around the property, lots of wildflowers, birds and the creek is a plus. Hosts were very nice and provided extra firewood when asked.

This home was absolutely beautiful, with magazine-worthy decor, a cozy ambiance enhanced by candles, and smart speakers in every room. The view right outside the house was truly picture-perfect. Michael was extremely responsive and provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here. We’d definitely love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the home was in the perfect location, tucked away on a large piece of quiet farm land. Don’t be deceived by the listing photos, as it is much better in person! Very open and plenty of room for 8-10 people. We also enjoyed the projector screen, and the bed linens were so comfortable! We did not try the hot tub, but it was ready for us when we arrived. Communication by Brandon and his staff was quick and on point. Our only issue was the driveway and entryway not being cleared of snow and ice. We did not mention this, because when we arrived the wind was blowing strong and could have blown snow drifts after it was cleared. Some ice melt or sand would have helped, however. We had a 4 wheel drive truck, but don’t think the average car would’ve made it out of the driveway. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you Brandon for sharing your home with our family.

Noah’s place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend during a snow storm. We loved both fireplace, specially the wood stove which kept the entire house in 70s throughout the freezing weekend. He had plenty of wood for the fireplace and also arranged the driveway to be plowed after the storm. There are some small stores and gas stations with in 10-15 min drive from home but bigger towns are about 30 min drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

This is about the 5th consecutive year we've stayed at Anthony's. Trip was great as usual. Anthony's a great host, very quick to respond to any questions, his place is always very clean, he is a gracious host & the view is beautiful. Hope to stay again next year
