We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at this cabin. It was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell everything was well cared for. The hot tub was a perfect touch—especially in the evenings. If you're looking for a quiet, cozy getaway, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Awesome place. Super cozy and welcoming as soon as we got there. The wood hot tub and sauna were a great touch—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. It felt really private too, which made it even better for just kicking back and enjoying the space. Everything was clean and well put together. The hosts were great—really friendly and made everything easy from start to finish. Definitely a spot I'd love to come back to.

We had a wonderful stay . Timothy's cabin was so charming. It was cozy, comfortable and very clean. The hot tub was so enjoyable looking over the pond and the amazing backdrop view of the Catskill Mountains. What a property this cabin is on, and a wonderful view from the upstairs floor to ceiling windows. Timothy was so responsive and made everything very easy for check in. A great stay!

Spent the perfect cabin weekend with friends. No TV in the main room, so we actually had conversations (imagine that). The 3-season enclosed deck was great for board games, and the yard? Prime for lawn games and s’mores around the fire pit. Hot tub was the ideal post-hike move. Plus, the nearby town is straight out of an Irish postcard. Highly recommend. 🍀🔥🛶

Like many of the other reviews, this place is better in person! it is secluded but feels very safe, lots of space to release your anxiety from wherever you are traveling, there’s abundant amount of materials and things to do provided by Theresa, very responsive and the cabin was decorated with a lot of care and attention to detail and you will feel it as soon as you walk in. The cabin is also very clean and feels it was built with good and new materials. We went to the cobleskill flea market and it was amazing. We will definitely look to come back in a different season to enjoy the heat or maybe the frozen pond!

Was the perfect getaway weekend, made the perfect home for a skiing trip local to Windham mountain, very clean and sanitary, cozy and spacious at the same time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice vacation.

What a beautiful place.!! We stayed at Tim and Whitney’s cabin to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with family and friends. Everyone absolutely loved it. It’s spacious and very well organized. We loved spending time in backyard and the best part was downstairs game room. We have been to many Airbnbs and I can say that this place has the most amazing games that I personally hadn’t see anywhere. With such a wide variety, these board games had something for everyone to enjoy.. My toddler was very well occupied during our stay because of that and so were we! Chris (co-host) also made sure that he provided all the details about area with great recommendations around. Experience was amazing. Definitely recommend.!

This cabin was so cozy and Heather was extremely communicative, flexible, and friendly. The space was perfect to accommodate our large group of friends, with plenty of beds. It was decorated festively for the holidays and felt very cozy. We cooked a large dinner, played the board games, and watched TV without issues. Would 100% stay here again!

Hello! I wanted to share some feedback regarding the furniture. I found the tables and especially the seating to be uncomfortable. The benches without backrests make it difficult to relax or spend extended time sitting. For a more pleasant experience, I believe chairs with proper back support would be much better suited for rest and comfort. Thank you for understanding!

This was my second time staying here, I love it and the location. I was happy to bring my wife with me this trip and she loved it too. We’re already planning the next time we go.

This house was so much better than expected. The amenities are above and beyond. You can go fishing, theres boats you can take out into the pond, and there’s a disco ball that has lights shining onto it. It was the best weekend ever and I’m definitely booking the house again. The kitchen is also beautiful and has everything you need. When people say the house is better in person they aren’t lying. I also took my friends to Howe caverns which is only 30 minutes away from the house. Highly recommend the house!!!!!

We had an amazing weekend getaway! The location was perfect for a peaceful retreat. With stunning mountain views and complete privacy, it felt like our own little escape into nature. The area was beautifully scenic and quiet, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Lovely place! Our family of four enjoyed a short stay while we visited nearby relatives. The home is in a very peaceful, private setting with beautiful views! The space is clean and airy with lots of natural light. We didn't have the opportunity to explore the nearby trails during this visit, but hope to one day return in the warmer months!

We had a lovely time staying at this house for the weekend - it included just about everything we could’ve needed and was located on a beautiful and remote stretch of property. It was a bit of a ways off from anything nearby which I think would be part of the charm for some people. Great property with tons of space outside and very pet friendly!

Had an amazing stay and will be returning whenever possible! It was just what we needed to have a peaceful weekend away from the city and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything we could have hoped for and more!! Highly recommended!

Cloud 9 was a fantastic property! the view from the large front windows is breathtaking. bathroom on each floor was great. cute little place, had a good time with our pup and enjoying a campfire under the stars.

we fall in love with the area every time we visit, but staying at derek’s cabin made our trip even more perfect. we will definitely be back!! the home itself was gorgeous, perfect for our quiet weekend in the mountains. and the farm/land surrounding was even more tranquil and peaceful. the area was stunning with so much to do in surrounding towns. easy check in, easy check out, easy trip - only positive reviews :) looking forward to our next trip to the catskills and will definitely be booking with derek again!!
