Vacation rentals with breakfast in Schoharie County

This place is spectacular! Extremely clean and inviting with lots of character. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again. John was a wonderful host. The beautiful garden and patio area offer fabulous views of the serene valley.

The house was lovely and John was very responsive to my texts. When we arrived, the caretaker, Raphael, was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, and he was kind enough to bring us water and coffee while we sat in the parlor. The tub in the grey room was amazing an the walk around the property was nice also. 10/10 will recommend!

We had another comfortable stay in the yellow room. The place is great. We love spending evenings in our private parlor and thoughtful touches like leaving out wine glasses and a cork screw. Breakfast is tasty, generous, and graciously served in the lovely formal dining room. We enjoy the remarkable collection of portraits and other art, beautiful antique furniture, and rugs. Linens are clean, bed is comfortable. Ecclectic and delightful!

I've been staying here since September and words cannot describe how grateful I am. Phyllis is a great storyteller, chef, and overall pleasant person to be around 24/7.

We spent a lovely Memorial Day weekend at Jennifer's. Jen's home was spotless, cozy, and we loved the open floor plan. The beds (& pillows!) were so comfortable. It rained while we were there so unfortunately we were unable to make use of the fireplace and comfy adirondack chairs in the peaceful surroundings just up the hill from Jen's home. Looking forward to staying there again!

I truly enjoyed Phyllis's company. Not only is her home beautiful and filled with interesting antiques, but she makes it easy to feel at home. She knows how to create an experience that will produce fond memories to last a lifetime. There were great conversations and delicious food. I'm sure she has many repeat customers, and I will be one of them.

We had a lovely stay in Schoharie in this beautiful home built in 1790. The kitchen was spacious and had everything needed for cooking, including fresh eggs, juice and creamer in frig and a supply of bagels and pancake mix. Jill had baskets in the bathrooms with extras in case you forgot your toothbrush, needed shampoo, etc. And Jill was very quick to respond, very helpful with local recommendations, an all around wonderful host. Thanks so much, Jill!

If your looking for a clean and inviting place. This is IT. The place is clean and well appointed. As the description says pocket doors, porcelain tub, architecture with old world character, plus modern Wi-Fi and amenities. The tavern had the BEST shrimp po boy I’ve EVER had. Responsive and friendly staff plus warm hosts to boot. A definite place to stay again.

Sharon’s place is in a picturesque setting with incredible mountain views. Great communication and warm hospitality. Cozy and comfy bedroom with everything you need. Location was the perfect home base to explore Cooperstown and surrounding areas. Her breakfast was a treat and we would definitely stay again !

Flerida and Michael were extremely warm and gracious hosts from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. My fiancé and I were in town for an event nearby and this was a wonderful place for us to stay and enjoy the comfort of a big room with a comfortable bed, as well as a DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning! The hosts were always there to welcome us when we came "home" or left the house for the day/night, and offered us recommendations in town. They made us feel very much at home in their home, with a warm fire always lit and an easy "come and go as you please" policy. We are very thankful to have stayed with such kind and accommodating hosts for the weekend, and are still full from the breakfasts they made us each day!

David and Joan’s place was clean and in quiet area. Great communication. Would definitely stay again.
