Overall my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. Everything was neat and tiny and the place was cozy and very well decorated. The only thing that bothered me was that the dishes in the kitchen were not clean upon arrival and I needed to deep clean everything we ate off of before we used them, the dock was also half sunk into the water which was disappointing and as far as wanting to sit out there. Nevertheless this place was perfect for the money we paid and I would absolutely rent here again.

Needed a place for the month and the Nook was the perfect alternative to an extended stay. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating for my timeline. The Nook is charming and everything the description says, no hidden surprises like some other AB&Bs. Clean, quiet, friendly, couldn't ask for much more. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy I was able to rent from Michael His property matches the pictures He is Professional, understanding and proactive . The area was not the safest but I had no issues being safe due to all the hard work and resources he has placed on his property. I will rent again and continue business from him and I highly recommend others ! Thank you for everything!

This cozy place was perfect for our family when we needed a place to stay near Albany. It's conveniently located near the highway and a short drive into the city. This peaceful, private and comfortable location is everything you can ask for in a place to unwind. What made the stay more special was the friendly and responsive host. She was very accommodating and responded to any questions quickly. She also provided a delicious breakfast every morning which made our stay memorable. I hope we have a reason to stay here again in the future.
