Lovely clean and spacious chalet in the most wonderful location. Amazing hikes and nature from the doorstep and good connections to public transport to the wider region. Instructions were easy to follow and the guidebook was very informative. Enjoying fondue on the balcony looking across the most amazing view of the snow capped mountains whilst listing to the babbling river below, will be a life long memory.

Tati’s apartment was the most amazing little gem in the Swiss mountains. We had an incredible stay. The apartment was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and the kitchen had everything you would need and then some. The views from the large balcony were the highlight of this spot. Unbeatable. I will be dreaming of my return!

We felt right at home! Thank you Bruno and family! The studio was super clean and very cozy. The gorgeous view of Lac Leman with every sunrise and sunset was our favorite. Your garden is absolutely stunning and we loved their super friendly puppy dog! Great walks and restaurants with a beautiful downtown and river front. We loved walking through the botanical gardens and the tulip festival! Great stay! The hospitality and recommendations were fantastic!! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

What can we say: it was just a dream! We really fell in love. The accommodation is superbly located. Everything can be reached on foot or by bike. The lake view is awesome. From here you can comfortably walk directly along the lake and river to Thun. We enjoyed every walk. The apartment was very clean and offered everything you need in it. It is stylishly furnished and we and our little daughter immediately felt very comfortable. We felt right at home. Lukas was a great host. Although he was on vacation himself, he always responded promptly and very friendly. His parents, who live above the apartment, were very accommodating and helpful. We found a great solution to store our bikes and strollers. We will be happy to come back! Everything was just right! THANK YOU for this wonderful holiday!

Very nicely located courtyard slightly above Lyss with direct forest and hiking trail end. Otherwise, a lot of peace and quiet , as you do not hear the highway or road. The room is right next to the entrance, which certainly offers less privacy than we were allowed to enjoy with other occupations of the other rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and described. There are hints and instructions everywhere so that you can find your way around. Many thanks to Larissa & Damian

We left for 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers) and 2 dogs from March 5-9. A great stay in this cottage. Everything we were looking for was there: calm, a great view, a cozy and functional chalet, excellent restaurants (with unanimous mention for the Gauls), super nice activities like skiing, snow tobogganing, visit to the Mont d 'Or cheese factory, adventure park... We keep a great memory and the children (already adult and teenager) are already talking about coming back 😅 note: the heating is programmed but we can get back on it to increase the temperature of the cottage at our convenience. For the showers we did not think about it but it is possible to ask to increase the hot water capacity to cover the needs especially if big family like us because the programming covered 5 good showers. The host is really teased to answer our questions. Don't hesitate! Finally, all that to say that I would highly recommend this cottage!!! thank you for hosting us

Tranquility and contemplation! Thanks to the proximity to the nature reserve, we were able to admire / listen from the terrace and the large glass windows a myriad of different birds passing through around the cottage! Highly recommend this refreshing place!

Just wow! Had a wonderful time staying at Anita's place. Anita herself is a very sweet and warm person, we immediately felt welcome. The apartment is actually even more cozy than shown in the pictures. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever had in an AirBnb. The surroundings are beautiful and whether you want to switch off or do something, both are super possible here. Chalet Emmely is absolutely worth its price! We certainly weren't here for the last time:) A note for really tall people: the ceilings are not very high, just over two meters. I myself am 188cm tall and had no problems.

The uncomplicated and very friendly Aline welcomed me, showed me everything briefly. A beautiful studio with comfortable bed, clean bathroom, simple kitchen but with everything you need. Great garden with pond; very private & on its own without disturbances from the outside. Large closet as storage space, easy access incl. Parking. All in all a highly recommended stay with Aline. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay in Portalban; close to beaches, 3 lakes, hiking; and ideal starting point for visiting many remarkable Swiss sites (Gruyères, Le Creux du Van, Avenches, Morat, Bern, Solothurn, La Chaux-de-Fond...) The cottage is quiet, close to nature; (we often had a visit from a fox); on the edge of the marsh. Philipp was a kind and attentive host to us. We recommend this property. Sylvain and Elisabeth

There were six of us in Toni and Esther's apartment: 3 women with 3 children. The size and layout of the apartment were, in addition to the location of course, crucial for us to book, because here we had enough space to get out of each other's way. We had deliberately chosen Kandersteg because it is close to Oeschinensee, Blausee and Sunnbüel. Everything you needed was there. We didn't miss anything. Balconies with mountain views were great. The contact was also extremely friendly. We would book this apartment again. Thanks again!

Honestly my favorite Airbnb of all time. The view on the top is just absolutely amazing. If it wasn’t for so many activities around, I would just stay in all day. Claudia is such an amazing host, super helpful with recommendations. Making our first trip to Europe with 2 kids much easier than anticipated. We definitely will come back.

From booking to finishing stay, it was an amazing experience. Tobias and team kept in touch regularly, giving instructions and clarifications. They are such a brilliant team to work with. Whenever we had confusions , they were always around to help and support. The house itself is large, clean and amazing views complemented it. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was very nice and exceptionally clean. The location was amazing—just a short distance from the ski area, making it very convenient. Parking was also very close to the house, which was a big plus. Everything was great and well-organized. The only small suggestion I have is to add a few more kitchen essentials, which would make the stay even better. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go there again!

Olivia and her mother Yolanda are very helpful and friendly. They helped us with helpful tips. Check-in and check-out are very easy and based on mutual trust. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and there is enough space for 6 people. The location is very good and accessible by public transport or by car. Beatrice and Daniel are very friendly and considerate hosts and were always attentive during the week. Thanks again! The apartment is very clean and well appointed. The place is quiet and peaceful. The village of Lenk is very close on foot and allows you to find everything you need. The environment is beautiful and allows you to make very nice hikes and great outings. Do it again as soon as possible!
