The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. FeWo Nesterl The access to the special apartment is a bit steep with 24%, but it is worth it. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment is built with natural materials made of wood and stone. In the living area, a Swedish stove and the nature stone wall provide a special feel-good ambience. A well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom with Italian tiles, rain shower and sauna are another highlight. Large outdoor area with garden seating and fantastic views.

The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the chocolate factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and Königsseeache are just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
