Zell am See Kaprun Sommerkarte ist im Preis inkludiert! Unser Haus liegt sehr zentral direkt neben dem Zeller-CityXpress (Bergbahn zur Mittelstation der Schmittenhöhe) in ruhiger Lage. Gleichzeitig sind es aber nur 3 Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Zell am See. Unsere Apartments sind gegen Süden gelegen und bieten eine schöne Aussicht.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Die gemütliche 2-Zi-Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Aparthotel zw. Kaprun und Zell am See. Die im 1. OG liegende Wohnung ist südseitig ausgerichtet und bietet einen großen Balkon. Für alle Bewohner steht im Sommer ein großer Außenpool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Golfplatz, Tauern-Spa, Sportflugplatz, Badesee, Restaurants, etc. sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Winter: Skibus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Skikeller mit Skischuh-Wärmer ist im Haus vorhanden.

Our apartment is located in the Schmittenstraße Zell am See. The house have multiple holiday apartments. This apartment is in the second floor and have 1 sleeping room and a living- bedroom with a double bed + couch. You also have a kitchen and a dishwasher in your apartment plus a balcony witch you can enter from the living- bedroom. In the basement there's a table tennis which is available and for shared use.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Stadtzentrum - zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Stadtgondel zum Skifahren und Wandern. Es gibt leider keinen fixen Parkplatz beim Haus - es kann ein Parkplatz in der öffentlichen Garage für 15€/24 Std. angemietet werden, Stand: April 2025.
