Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Welcome to nature! Welcome to the Holzerhof! The cozy 2 room apartment with about 50m2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom a cot can be placed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Cozy apartment at Hasenberghof overlooking the Hahnenkamm in Kitzbühel. Private swimming pond. The center of Kitzbühel is only 10 minutes by car. Great hiking trails in the area, the nearest inn is 15 minutes by foot. The Schwarzsee in Kitzbühel is a 40-minute walk away. The accommodation is in the annex. From the farm you have a great view of the Wild Emperor, the Kitzbuheler Horn, the Hahnenkamm and the Rauhen Kopf.

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
