Spacious, quiet apartment in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Thuringian Forest. Several hiking trails start in front of the door. Sunny southern slope location. The small garden and the possibilities to linger on site very pleasant. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary. In the foyer there is extensive information about activities of all kinds. The contact with our hosts was pleasant and straightforward. The request for an earlier check in was answered positively. Thanks for that!

We arrived a little later than planned but we were still warmly welcomed. The place is very clean and structured. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed with Toto over New Year's Eve. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and a toto, who first drank a beer with us and showed us his apartment. It was super nice. Toto is likeable and a great host. Just in time at noon, Toto and his girlfriend then greeted us on the terrace for the new year and toasted with us. Very clean and spacious apartment, perfect for a nice weekend at the Thuringian Forest. Recommendation: Definitely also eat something at Thomas in the restaurant. Very delicious!

As special as the accommodation rooms are, so special is the whole house and the hosts. If you are looking for a fun-loving colorful and lively accommodation beyond the mainstream, this is the place to be. In addition, you can enjoy the idyllic, village location, especially if you want to get out of the big city hustle and bustle. It is important to know that depending on the room, you are very close to family life. For me, it was the first experience of this kind and I am very satisfied. We stayed with the Schneider family as a group of 6 adults with a toddler. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the break there very much.

I'd love to come back. If you want to go hiking, you have great opportunities here. There are plenty of very well signposted hiking trails with wonderful views and some beautiful half-timbered villages and towns to explore.

We stopped at Janine's place on the way to our vacation. Warm welcome. a very good accommodation for a one night stop.

Our girls trip took us here this time. For 5 people, the accommodation is more than sufficient. The cottage is very cozy and well equipped. You can experience a lot in the house (sauna, table tennis, darts) or explore the area on foot from there. If you like it quiet, this is the place to be. The adjacent falconry is also a small highlight. All in all, we felt very well looked after and taken care of. HAPPY TO COME BACK!! :)
