This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Der Haseltal-Radweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Er beginnt am Rennsteig-Radweg bei Oberhof und endet in Einhausen am Werratal-Radweg. Fahrräder können Sie bei uns kostenlos ausleihen. Zum Freibad ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Wander- und Skigebiete auf dem Kamm des Thüringer Waldes sind schnell erreichbar.
