I recommend Elisabeth's place 100%. She is a great host and the room is very clean, bright and cozy. I felt very comfortable there. The property is quiet and well located, you are at the tram stop in just 5 minutes, the line goes directly to the center of Basel. I was particularly pleased with the delicious breakfast that Elisabeth prepared especially for me at a very early hour. I thank you for everything. I would come back any time.

I had a wonderful stay with Daniel and Sabine and felt right at home. The breakfast was very good and Daniel was very helpful when I had any questions about the area. It made my stay in Switzerland very pleasant!

Jean is a true gentleman. He welcomes you kindly and with his own humor. The room is big and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with others, but that is easy to do. Jean likes to smoke pipe, and that smell is present in the house. Due to medical conditions, we were extra helped by Jean and we really appreciated his care. A pleasant and welcome place to stay in Basel.

Everything's great. Small but nice room. Everything you need. The Todtnau waterfalls are within walking distance. The hosts are very nice and helpful. You can also ask for tips and get some.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful house which is located in a quiet little village, not far from historical places to visit and the ferry to cross the Rhine. So we were able to make the most of europar park and rulantica in good conditions. I would go back without so much as a second thought. I recommend this accommodation. We had a wonderful time with Diana and her warm family in picturesque Riehen. If you are looking for a charming accommodation away from the typical hotel season, you will surely feel comfortable in this old city villa. Surrounded by contemporary art, a grand piano in the living room, a fabulous breakfast in the morning, and love conversations – truly a place to stay. A tip-top address not far from downtown Basel!

Close to Mesee Basel. There is a cat on the property. It has a terrace and is very nature friendly. The host is friendly and has prepared drinks and fruits in the fridge for the guests.

Beautiful apartment at a great location. The place is 11 minutes walk or tram ride from the Basel SBB station. I received a Basel card from Violet before check in so I didn’t need to pay for public transport during my stay. Basel is a very walkable city and this apartment is close to everything. Nespresso machine and the complementary capsules are a plus. Bed is very comfortable. I stayed a few nights in February, the apartment was warm but I was glad I had slippers with me as the floor was cold for me. I would stay here again.

Patrick is a very kind and wonderful host. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He provided advice on tourist attractions in nearby Switzerland and in Germany which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for staying comfortably! The apartment is gorgeous and has a huge terrace with a stunning view of the Alps. What a location!! Probably the best value for the money considering all the places to visit in Switzerland without Swiss prices!! I am an avid traveler and would rate Patrick’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy distance to all the sites we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay in the center of small town, Saint Louis.

I stayed at Jeff’s apartment for one week. It has everything for a short trip or work trip. The location is great. The hosts are very communicative and supportive. They are very good hosts and I appreciated it a lot for helping me in everything during my stay.

Small....!! Fine....!! In...!!... functional and stylishly furnished. Everything you need to get through the day and through the night is pleasant.

The stay was perfect Guenter is a friendly host who will welcome you with kindness and benevolence, the room was in perfect condition, spacious, television, desk, storage, quality bedding and thorough cleaning, the bathroom and also spacious and offered many amenities. On the breakfast side, the range of proposals is perfect, homemade jams, spreads, honey, in short everything to start the day. 100% recommended host and I insist on his kindness.

A very nice place with a perfect location, within walking distance of the city center. The room is as described large, bright, quiet and clean, with large bathroom and equipped with everything you need. Domenica is a very friendly host, open-minded and accommodating. I was passing through for one night and the rich breakfast with sweet squirrels, bread, cheese, juice and fine coffee was the highlight before the onward journey. Thank you!

Heidi's place suited me very well and I preferred staying in this small town than in Basel city. The tram is very nearby and Heidi arranged a free travel pass for me. Everything was very clean and Heidi is a lovely, helpful person who was very flexible. Having breakfast included was a lovely extra. About 20 minutes walk from the house you can get out into fields and a forest which I enjoyed. A supermarket is very nearby. I didn't try the restaurants preferring to go by tram into Basel for more variety.

We had a great time with the family at Cla's. The cottage was easy to access, and breakfast is hearty and worth a visit. Address to be recommended to visit the black forest.

Great experience overall, I could not mention a single negative point even if I wanted to. It is a beautiful building in a quite neighborhood but from walking distance to the main station, so one gets to have the peaceful sleeping associated with the easy reach of transportation. Regula is a very nice and is naturally a great host. We even had the pleasure of meeting her charming daughter that prepared breakfast for us. Thank you so much for everything, I can only strongly recommend it!
