Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

"Benno the Wagon" - a tiny house on the edge of the forest

"Benno the Car" was originally an old shooting stand, which we converted into a tiny house with a lot of passion and love for detail. In it you can now stay in the middle of nature and still feel at home. On about 16 square meters you have everything you really need to live. Benno stands near a detached cottage outside Kleintettau in the Franconian Forest. On a meadow on the edge of the forest, he says good night to the fox and rabbit and is happy about company!

I offer a 2-room apartment with about 30 m², consisting of a bedroom with a wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful living area with a sofa bed and large TV as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Barrier-free access, green courtyard with seating and parking in the vicinity of a side street. Storage facilities for strollers, bicycles or skis are available. Baker across the street. On 40 square meters you will find everything to escape the ordinary and enjoy the untouched nature of the Thuringian Forest. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet, no car noise, no busy road. There are hiking trails, carriage rides, Thuringian cuisine and much more to discover in the village and the surrounding area. You can use the outdoor sauna for a fee.

The 107 sqm vacation home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself completely. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place is quickly made on the cabinet bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the cottage.
