A lovely place right by the sea, in a unique, quiet and green street. Just below the dike, in the heart of Scheveningen. The beach is within crawling distance! This charming, small cottage from 1865 exudes the atmosphere of old Scheveningen. The old bedstead is now a closet, but much has remained the same - you will find everything you need, it is cozy, warm and bright. If you don't expect unnecessary luxury and don't mind a short steep staircase to the bedroom, then this is a wonderful place!

The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Public transportation, the bustling city center and various dining and cultural venues are within walking distance. The house is located on a car-free street, near the corner of the Brouwersgracht and the Prinsegracht. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are several public transport stops. Here you have the pleasures but not the burdens of the city.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Bathroom with shower toilet and sink and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor with spacious bedroom with double bed 180/200m and spacious walk-in closet.

DUINUNDER In the dunes, walking distance to the beach

Apartment in the basement of our house equipped with every comfort! Renovated in 2021, for extra light windows in the bedrooms and the kitchen placed. It remains a basement with the most light in the living room. Within 1 minute you are in the dunes where you can walk to your heart's content. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Sunbathing, beach walk or would you rather have a drink at one of the beautiful beach clubs? Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem and Amsterdam are nearby.

Oasis in the city, spacious houseboat, incl. parking

Parking is included. Enjoy peace and space in this special green spot on the water, on the outskirts of downtown. All the comforts you need: air conditioning, free WiFi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.
