Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Unsere große und schöne Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen befindet sich im sehr ruhig gelegenen und naturbelassenen Au bei Lofer umgeben von den Loferer Steinbergen und der Loferer Alm. Im Sommer kann man von uns aus direkt losradeln oder wandern. Der Tauernradweg und auch der Jakobsweg führen direkt an uns vorbei. Im Winter ist man mit dem Auto in nur 6 Minuten an den Parkplätzen zum Skigebiet Loferer Alm. Zum Zentrum von Lofer sind es entweder 6 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 45 Minuten zu Fuß.

Was super nice stay in the middle of nature. Very nice House with good atmosphere. Sleeping like a babe. Very lovely owner, tahy made for us very nice dinner too. Come back for sure next time

The place was easy to find, check-in easy, everything was as described. We immediately felt at home in the beautiful old house in typical Pinzgau style. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace very much. And there was a dishwasher, oven and microwave. Plus washing machine and dryer. Super equipment👍😀 The location was wonderfully quiet, the bed comfortable, and you sleep like a marmot with the babbling of the brook. Ingenious L-shaped terrace around the house with sun in the morning, noon and afternoon until evening. Wonderful view of the Loferer Steinberge. But we also had 30 degrees in the sun on the terrace at noon in March, which was exceptional to be able to sit outside during the season. You can do everything in the village on foot, and the valley station of the gondola is also within walking distance. Communication with Dita and Roberto was always very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation and would be happy to come back😀 Jasper and Kerstin

The house and the apartment are great and the apartment is located completely in the back, so it's quiet. In a very few (car) minutes, you are in St. Johann. Tina always responded very quickly to any questions and is super nice. The apartment was great and as shown in the pictures. We can really recommend them.

I’m not sure if I’ve ever stayed somewhere with views this stunning .. if not the best, it definitely makes my top three. What a stay! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. No words to describe the views, even the bathroom comes with great views.. We only stayed one night, and I honestly wish we had more time. I’ll definitely be back for a longer visit! The only small downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear more than we wanted to at times 😅 But we’re not light sleepers, so it didn’t bother us too much.

Amazing stay! My stay at Marie's place was great all around! The flexible check-in was super easy thanks to clear instructions and quick responses from Marie. The place was spotless – furniture, linens, kitchen, and bathroom in perfect condition. I was particularly impressed by the loving decor with stylish design elements that give the apartment a welcoming atmosphere. The location was ideal: quiet, private, yet close to many opportunities to do something. Marie was always easily accessible, friendly and gave great tips for the area. Overall, the place was absolutely worth the price. I highly recommend and would love to come back!
