Going down the staircase, it leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. On the left is the bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and includes a double box spring. In the living room you will find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Freestanding tiny house designed for and built on a unique location within cycling distance (5km) of Groningen city center (bicycles can be borrowed free of charge). Enjoy the tranquility of the Groningen countryside with the view of the city skyline. The tiny house is a self-contained residential unit of 2.5m x 5m made from recycled material. Equipped with a shower, toilet, water, electricity, internet and heating. Bus stop is 200 meters away.
