Centrally located in Winterton comfortable for a singleton, couple or couple with child with a host of food outlets, pubs and shops conveniently located on your doorstep. Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

There is a fully enclosed garden with a south-east facing terrace with table, chairs and a brick barbeque.

What a well thought out beautiful relaxing place. The Cleopatra bath and relaxing sauna facilities were second to non, along with the option of ordering drinks and the grazing boards were lovely touches, including the birthday banner that was put up. Also, being able to sample the beautiful natural toiletries along with the option to buy them in their cute shop was just perfect. Grounds are simply stunning and a walk in the nature reserve is a must to see the herd of wild horses. Just an amazing experience from beginning to end. Thank you.

Jayne was so warm and welcoming and made me feel at home right away. Her beautiful garden was an added bonus. Another highlight was the excellent walk-in shower. The room was really clean, quiet and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others
