House vacation rentals in Scauri

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Easy and helpful to communicate with.

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

Very relaxing vacation, the exterior has ample space and very livable. The swimming pool is small but it does its job. The kitchen is well-stocked and functional. Sandra is very helpful and has recommended many activities in the area (many with discounts). A great vacation in a peaceful setting.

What an amazing place in Arce. Lazio at his most promising. Excellent well-equipped cottage. Top wifi that made working easy. A great sweet cat who already miss me now.. We'd love to come back. All the best to you

Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

Serena was great, very accommodating when our flight was delayed, checking on us via Whats App and entertained our appalling lack of Italian with recommendations for eating when we eventually managed to arrive. The apartment offered us everything we needed for our short stay. Its an ideal walkable distance to the shops and restaurants in the area and Formia is a beautiful spot to stay for a while.

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Great availability from the host. Excellent structure, cared for, cozy and above all equipped with everything you need. Great location and well connected with nearby activities. I would definitely go back.

Serious and very kind people, always available . The house is cared for in small details to guarantee guests a comfortable stay as if they were at home. Very nice outdoor space. Great strategic location to visit enchanting places both south such as Sperlonga (5 minutes away) and Gaeta at 20 , and in the north such as Terracina, San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia. Very good accommodation, worthy of the description and photos. There is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is a real plus.

Michele's place is very nice, is a three story building, with a beautiful kitchen with a little balcony on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor tere are two nice size bedrooms one of them with a nice balcony and a second bathroom. The cleanliness is close to goodness they say, and the house is spotless. The view from the balconies is nice and the road is off the main traffic so it is very quiet, plus the fixtures are perfect to ensure that the noise stays out and the warmth stays in. Nice heaters spread around the house keep it very comfortable even in the winter. Michele. Is a perfect host, ready to accomodates all the possible issues. The presence of the stairs doesn't make it available to people with disabilities and difficulties walking, but this is because the building is in the old part of Itri and is not that easy to modify it. It is totally renewed inside, clean and perfectly equipped.

We had a wonderfull stay at Girolamo. Very nice, private, house. beautiful garden. Many things to do in the area. Beautiful beaches, lovely city of Sperlonga!

We had a very pleasant stay at Thomas's place. The weather was not the best, but being close to wonderful sites such as "the Cave of Tiberius", Sperlonga and "Temple of Jupiter" Terracina, we made the most of our stay. The house is well-stocked and the garden is lovely. For future visitors, pay attention to the speed cameras on Via Flacca! Happy holidays, everyone : )

Lina is a very special host; she welcomed me and my mom as family people. Her home surrounded by greenery is enchanting. Big, clean, and bright! The garden is pleasant for outdoor dinners and relaxing afternoons. Get a car to get to the house in Lina, but above all to enjoy the surroundings: the sea of Marina di Minturno is only 7 minutes away, as is the Terme di Suio (I recommend the beautiful Bagno Fresco; with only 5 euros you can enjoy a beautiful cool thermal bathtub surrounded by nature and a short walk from the river!). Then visit Formia and Gaeta about 20/25 away. Not to mention the small village of Minturno and the archaeological area just 10 minutes from there. In short, a strategic place to change your vacation.
