Two-room apartment with bathroom located in the countryside between Itri and Formia. It combines proximity to the most famous vacation spots on the Tyrrhenian coast, to the tranquility of life in the countryside. The house consists of: double bedroom, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. Outside there is exclusive space and many other common spaces. The house is 4 km from Formia and Gaeta, 20 km from Sperlonga and 3 km from Itri. The station is 2 km away and you can comfortably visit Rome or Naples.

The fisherman's refuge

The small building is located in a side street of Via Indipendenza, the ancient seaside village, at the top of a flight of stairs.The space is very well looked after and equipped with every comfort,here you can spend your holidays in a typical period accommodation. The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 2 single beds on a mezzanine (with fan). The house has a beautiful terrace with kitchen that you will love!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Apartment inside Torre Bianca, a charming 1970s villa surrounded by a lush 10,000 sqm park with a sea view and divided into 3 residential units, in a quiet but not isolated setting. The villa is located on the hill above Ariana beach, about 300 meters from the sea, 3 km from the town of Gaeta and 18 km from Sperlonga. The apartment, with independent entrance and reserved parking space, has a large and panoramic outdoor area for exclusive use.

At Colomba's house

The tourist accommodation is about 600 meters from the historic center of Minturno, about 3 km from the coast of Scauri and 1 km. from the train station close to numerous points of interest. It has a garden with private parking; of a paid charging station for electric cars; air-conditioned rooms; full kitchen with everything; sheets and towels. The host offers visitors free parking (for a car) throughout the municipal area.

Near the characteristic village of Maranola, not far from Formia, is located the charming Villa, decorated in a cozy country style, surrounded by a beautiful garden of oaks, holm oaks and olive trees. The natural swimming pool surronded by rocks will be open from the second half of May to the second half of October
