The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. You can reach the apartment: - by water taxi (arrival directly in the living room) - public transport (waterbus stop 400 meters away, no bridges) It's ground floor flat, you can easily reach by foot or by canal (with taxi). The waterbus stop is about 400 meters away, without bridges. TOURIST TAX: 4€ per person (12 years or more) per night [not included]. The tax must be paid to the municipality of Venice. Wonderful apartment of 85 sqm located on the first floor, recently restored. Each room has a private marble bathroom, king size double bed and air conditioning. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, a washing machine and a microwave. The large and comfortable air-conditioned room has a wonderful view of a characteristic canal adjacent to the Grand Canal of Venice where you can admire the romantic passage of the gondolas.
