Michelle was incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The place was in a fantastic location and felt just like home. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first trip to Cape Town but did have feedback from my daughter who is studying there. The Gardens neighborhood worked well because of its central location. Unfortunately the city is car dependent so plan on lots of Ubering - always a car within 2 minutes - even vans! The mall down the street was a blessing - pharmacy, 2 grocery stores and a bunch of other stuff. The home was so perfect for a group of 7 - probably the best was the large open living space that gave way to a work space at the dining room table, cooking space galore in the kitchen, comfy couches to watch the French Open from and then a napping window that is super cozy. There is a great outdoor table and rooftop deck but due to timing and some weather did not spend a lot of time there - but the invitation of both spaces quite charming. Would stay there without hesitation next trip if over 4 travelers!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! There were four of us, and everything was perfectly comfortable and convenient for our group. The house offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the sea—we loved watching both sunrises and sunsets from there. The host was always responsive and very helpful. I accidentally left my headphones in the house, and the host was kind enough to arrange for my friend to pick them up. We were truly impressed with both the home and the hospitality. Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If this gem of a place pops up as available in your search for Cape Town (CT) / CT Southern Suburbs ... do not hesitate book it. The views from the upper decks towards Simons Town Harbour and back onto the mountain range is divine, the pool pure bliss after a hot day. Danielle (hostess) is the most accommodating and utmost professional and soo on top of her game, a no fuss trouble free check in / check out ... Danielle was incredibly gracious and helpful when a the rest of our party hit a snag with their travel plans due to airport strike in Germany. So if it is home base for Greater Cape Town exploration or a snug spot for a winter wine and fireplace breakaway spot you seek in a quiet area, this is THE spot for you! Uber dead easy and convenient in the area, and you always have the added joy of hopping up and down the Southern Trainline. I can not wait to rebook this value for money little gem in the future again.

Beautiful home with excellent finishes the area and house is extremely secure well maintained and outstanding staff. If you are looking for some quality downtime with loved ones it will suit you best.

We had a really great stay at Beachball B&B. The accommodation is spacious and clean, plus it has all of the amenities you need and the complimentary wine and milk came in handy. The location is perfect in the centre of Kalk Bay and parking was easy to find on the same road. Tessa's communication was great and friendly, plus we really appreciated the early check-in and we extended our stay for one more night which was easy enough to do. I would highly recommend staying here for a comfortable stay and easy access to everything that Kalk Bay has to offer.

It was a very homely stay, so much that we miscalculated our stay and got lost in time. Host were very discrete and diplomatic in letting us know that we are actually overstaying. Deirdré’s guest accommodation was perfect. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and there was everything you would need (and more) for a super-comfortable stay. The house was spacious and had an indoor fireplace, with plenty of wood supplied, and an outdoor long table and braai. It also had a lovely garden and great views of the mountain, especially from upstairs. Deirdré was a lovely host. She was responsive, accommodating and kind. There were clear instructions for self-check-in and detailed notes on how everything in the house works. All in all, a wonderful space, and we would definitely book again. An easy 5 out of 5 stars!

Great place in a great location. Nice, quiet and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house itself was spacious (even more so than the photos), clean and beautifully presented. The beds were comfy and with lovely linen, there was a well equipped kitchen, we loved the outside fire pit area and we really enjoyed the views. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away to be quiet and private. We would definitely recommend this Air BnB and hope to stay again.

Most beautiful beach house, super cozy, we directly felt at home as there is all equipment you could ask for. Loved the garden and the short walk to the beach. Very special airbnb, we didn’t wanna leave. Enough space for 8 peeps.

We had a wonderful short stay with Lance and Jessica. The place presents well and just as you see it in the photos. Would not hesitate in recommending it for its beautiful views and central location. It is walking distance to the promenade which proved very convenient for morning walks to one of the many breakfast spots on offer. They were also super communicative and helpful. We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this incredible Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need – from local snacks to fresh linens. The location was ideal – quiet and peaceful yet just a short walk from amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved watching the sunset each evening over the ocean. Our host was communicative, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful experience. Every little detail – from the ambient lighting to the cozy bedding – showed how much care and love went into the home.

We loved staying at this amazing place, we did not want to leave. Belinda was easy to communicate with, which is very important.

A 100/10 experience!! If you are looking for a stay that feels tailored just for you, a stay where guests are prioritized by the hosts Melissa’s place is just it! I think photos doesn’t do justice because it’s even much more beautiful in person it was love at first sight for me, breathtaking views from every angle, tastefully equipped, the attention to detail, the comfort, and the warmth makes this place unforgettable. Situated in such a perfect location, beautiful beaches there’s loads to do. It’s equipped with extensive security features which gave us complete peace of mind. And WOW! The hosts! Jane is an exceptional host, hands down the best host I have ever encountered, she’s kind, friendly, always responsive and even gave us two extra nights at absolutely NO CHARGE!! When I asked to pay for Melissa’s gorgeous hats she instead gifted us Who does that? Truly the best hosts! If you’re lucky enough to book this place prepare for an experience that will stay you long after check-out.

We had a wonderful week at the house and couldn’t have asked for more. The location was brilliant with the beach and a number of excellent restaurants all in walking distance. The garden was the perfect place for our toddler to explore and for us to relax in (we loved the pool too). Very generous goodies left for us in the kitchen on our arrival which was very kind. The whole place felt like home and made for a very happy and memorable holiday! Thank you Wendy and Ross.
