"Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Zia Tota (National Identification Code IT095051C2000S2172)

Spacious house in the historic center of a small village in Montiferru. The house, arranged on 3 floors, has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet area a few minutes' walk from the main activities of the village: market, bar, bakery, bus stop. A few kilometers from the beaches of: Bosa, Cumpultittu, S'Archittu, Is Arutas, Porto Alabe... The area offers the possibility of trekking and excursions, among suggestive waterfalls and centuries-old forests.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Casa Machiavelli

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

It is about 18 km from the seaside resort of Bosa Marina and 20 km from the beaches of S'Archittu. Porto Alabe beach is about 12 km away. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays in peace.
