Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

Lovely cosy house which was clean and tidy. This was our second stay at Homestead and we will be coming back.

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

Booked this for my partners birthday, we had the most amazing stay, everything was exactly like the pictures, Lucy was very welcoming and was very friendly! We had the most beautiful stay and we will definitely be booking again!! There is an amazing restaurant just down the road called the gatsby, we had food and drinks here food was delicious and service was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a special day, had a lovely homely feel!

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

another great stay, so glad i found it. Right next to city centre (well, the older part anyway) yet really quiet too. Its pretty perfect for 4-6 people (would fit another if there was a camp bed in the little snug room....?), really roomy and convenient, will certainly be back. Now we have discoivered Cafe Misto next door with great Italian food (cheap, tasy, huge portions) we def look forwards to a return.

A wonderful cottage, spacious, homely, well laid out and great outdoor secure space.

Great location. Everything walkable from location using the canal path, particularly Brayford Pool and it's leisure complex. House was spotless and well appointed. Highly recommended.

it's the second time we've booked Lorna's place for our team. we find it convenient, spacious and better and cheaper than hotel rooms. We love the amenities provided and how responsive Lorna is as a host. very highly recommended to all.

Lovely and cosy place, nicely decorated and I felt right at home. Easy to check in. Super comfortable king bed. Only about a 10-15 minute walk from the Castle, the Cathedral and Steep Hill, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Perfect little place, would stay here again if I was visiting Lincoln.

This was one of our best stays ever. Fliss's place is gorgeous , comfy sofas and beds with top quality fixtures and fittings. Easily walkable for Lincoln Cathedral and centre.

Tara's flat was convenient to everything....all within an easy walking distance. Tara's provides everything a guest would need especially those with children or dogs...., a huge, fenced yard, activities for kids and a big tv. Thanks Tara for the welcome package and the extensive house manual. You thought of every amenity possible. Great host with instant communication.

It is a lovely place to stay and great surroundings. Everyone had a great time with family member ranging from 11 to 80 year old. The barns and site layout is very well designed and maintained. The highlight was the 10 person swim spa which we spent a lot of time in. The are few local shop a very short drive away including Co-op x2, butchers, chinese, chippy and a pub. The Black Bull gave us a discount on a meal we had there because we where staying at the barn {just show they your booking reference}. If you need a larger shop, Asda and Waitrose are 10-15 mins drive away towards Lincoln. Lincoln is also a great place to visit. The castle currently has the magna carta and Victorian prison is really well done. Lots of places to walk just minutes away. Highly recommend!

Jane was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very quiet and had a great view. It had everything we needed for our one night stay. The mattress on the bed was a bit firm for us. One of us ended up on the sofa bed.

Becca was a super host, quick to reply and provided lots of helpful information on local places to go. The house was clean and beautiful with everything you could need for a stay. The area is also lovely with lots to do nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful home in a nice part of the country. Absolute bargain! The host is very friendly and proactive as well.

We stayed here as a couple for just over a week and loved it! It was like a tardis and plenty of room to relax and cook at home too. The bath was luxurious with plenty of hot water - I was very glad of the handy wooden step provided to get in as it was so tall and deep. Plenty of utensils for cooking etc Lexi was responsive and helpful. The location was great for reaching the upper part of Lincoln through the Bailgate and the other direction down to the Lincoln waterfront.

Really nice place, absolutely loved it. The place was very clean and nicely presented. The host was very knowledgeable and helped quickly with any questions. Really good location, plenty to do and close to local transport links

If you’re on the fence about booking this place, do it. Absolutely fantastic stay, immaculately decorated and spotlessly clean. Kate was a fantastic host who also provided some essentials for our stay which was so thoughtful. What a beautiful home and so peaceful. Everything about mill house and the host was fantastic, will definitely be back

The annex is absolutely beautiful- it has everything you need and the hosts had obviously thought of everything. The location is both convenient for Lincoln and real oasis.
