The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
