House vacation rentals in Sayulita

Janet’s place is perfect! The location is phenomenal… steps from the beach, but amazingly still quite private, a block from great restaurants and walkable to everything, but still quiet. The decor is wonderful…clean but not sterile, interesting, beautiful and fun. And Janet and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. An ideal place for a family or a couple!

Beautiful house. Lots of space for a family of 6 to come together for games, but also enough space to spread out and find a quiet place to read. Quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to several restaurants and the main square. Couldn’t have been better. We can’t wait to visit again.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

My family spent 9 nights in Sayulita. The house was just as described on the listing. It was great for a family as the pool was fun for everyone, especially my 5 year old grandson. Even though everything was within walking distance we did rent a golf cart from Gorge, the property manager. It made it easier to get to the restaurants and stores and was fun to use. Everyone that worked on the house (Pool cleaner, housekeeper and the property manager) were very pleasant and helpful. A shout out to Yoli, the housekeeper. She did a great job. We would definitely stay at "The Hot Pink Paradise" if we ever get back to Sayulita. Last but not least, Pumpkin the neighborhood cat is very sweet.

This spot was right in the heart of Sayulita! Such cute decor inside with an amazing front porch for lounging plus a back porch with a dipping pool and an outdoor shower. With the high heat, the individual room air conditioners were so nice for having on to sleep. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! So cute and comfy. Would definitely come back on my next trip to Sayulita!

Our stay was absolutely incredible—better than we could have ever imagined! The house was stunning, like something straight out of a magazine. It was clean, felt completely safe, and had the best view in town. The area was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway. Jeff was an amazing host—so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Renting the golf cart was a great decision; it made getting around so easy and added to the experience. We truly can’t wait to come back.

Paulo is a fantastic host, very responsive, and this house is spectacular! We had the best time for my bachelorette as a group of 8 and it was plenty of space. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. The views are unmatched! We will be back :)

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a relaxing place to start the day and come back to after a long day in the sun. It was spotless, had amazing views, great sunrises, peaceful style, and a lovely pool. Leanne and Rene were very responsive and gave detailed instructions for getting in. I recommend getting a golf cart - you can walk as it’s only about 5-8 min into town, but the golf carts are fun and allow you to explore the surrounding area more! We will definitely be back! Such a fantastic Airbnb.

This is a wonderful place for a couple or single person. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle! We loved the awesome courtyard with pool and the spacious, bright, well- decorated studio. Briana was easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this place.

Ana, was a gracious hostess, bent over backwards for us non-speaking spanish people, with the locals (taxis) and arranged all the trips as well as the from and back to the airport!!!👍 This property and accommodation(s) are as unique as you could imagine. Spending time with the jungle animals, birds and even things in the night that you just don’t know exactly what it was. Highly recommend but for us older people, a golf cart is my suggestion if you don’t have your own transportation. Lovely stay and hope to get the opportunity to visit again. Ron & Yvonne (BC Canada)

Great place, great location, great host

this place is amazing, martha was really helpfull the road to the house is like a mini roallercoaster which was fun, martha gave me a list of places restaurants and where to rent which was really helpfull. overall i will def go back to this wonderfull home and place.

The house and views are extremely beautiful. Cesar had amazing recommendations and he knows the area very well. The massages we had was a good way to start our vacation. Cesar was the most helpful and knowledgeable host I have ever dealt with. I definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to return. 5 stars for sure

Nice property with plenty of space and good pool and terrace area overlooking town. Very close to all the fun goings on in town and the beach.

Breanne’s house was amazing! We loved staying here and would definitely rebook again. House was beautiful with lots of space and everything we could need!

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

We spent 5 relaxing and peaceful nights at this lovely well appointed home. The pool and garden were standouts. First time in Lo de Marcos. Very laid back and rustic town with stunning beach. Location was great for exploring other Narayit beach towns. Being pet friendly a plus.

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

Mairead and her darling children were wonderful hosts. It was truly a gem of a find, the views from the top bedroom are second to none. And the property itself was so stunning the only downside was that it made it hard to ever want to leave. Mairead and Chris were such gracious hosts, very communicative and attentive to any questions/needs. Hope we have the chance to come back again some day and share the magical space with friends.

Mellisa’s home is well Maintained and in a fantastic location. North of town out of the hustle and noise but close enough to walk to town. We rented a cart and found it a nice drive into town. The beach is beautiful but found the beach in town a little better for the surf. The pool is fine for a quick cool off. The grounds were maintained nicely. The home is older but the beds were great and the kitchen had all we needed. The home has great Mexican charm. Old arched doorways and beautiful tile Work just like the pics. There is a beautiful hotel next door and they allowed us to pay for day passes at their pool. Next door, The Restraunt and coffee shop were really good. They also had a huge pool slide that the girls loved. It’s a wonderful private location.

Julia’s place was such an oasis in Sayulita The patio ,garden & pool were fantastic to relax so tranquil & peaceful ,the rooftop also was fabulous and we had front row seats to a great fireworks display one night ! It was so easy to walk to the centre of town (5 minutes) but at the end of a dead end street and surrounded by local families We actually did not cook so cannot comment in that but the kitchen had everything you needed . The beds were very comfortable and the aircons in each room were a blessing at night. We all lived our stay Couldn’t recommend more :)

Casa Contenta was an excellent place to stay during our one-week vacation to Sayulita. The house's layout was ideal for my family, and it was also located in a safe area. Diego was a wonderful host when he met us for check-in; he was attentive and inviting and he provided some excellent recommendations with us. Overall, our stay was 10/10, and we would love to return in the future.

What a wonderful spot in Bucerias! The home is exactly as described. Although it is not freestanding, it is part of a larger complex but extremely private. The town is undergoing major construction presently, but that did not hamper our wonderful stay. Great restaurants were a short walk away. Wonderful art studios. Only twenty minutes from PV and not quite as busy as Sayulita, this place is still a bit of an undiscovered gem. Manuel was responsive to a short notice request and proactive in addressing possible issues before they ever happened. The place is as described - clean, spacious, modern, open, and just lovely.

Lovely location. Beautiful beach with very few people and were the only people there for a few days. The house can accommodate several people comfortably. Close and convenient to town but still a very private feel. Hosts are wonderful as was the house manager, Sonia. I would recommend you use the transportation and golf cart rental services recommended by the hosts. They were flexible, reliable, and extremely courteous. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. The only thing I would mention is if you have mobility issues, you may want to stay at a local resort. The house is not atypical for this area at all but there is an uneven walk to the house. My mother has some issues, is unsteady on her feet, and uses a cane which made it difficult for her. This comment is in no way a negative reflection on the home or host. I failed to ask about this type of thing. I simply thought I'd mention it in the event you have someone with similar issues.
