The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1 x double bed 140 x 200 cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x infant travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Right on the water lily pond, with forest edge on one side & fields to the other, rests our beautiful "Hilltop cottage": A charming wooden cabin in a secluded location on the hill, on a separate fenced area from our ground where only nature can be seen & heard. The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier City

The town of Atelier is located in the historic ship master's house directly on the Danube. Due to its central location, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes' walk. The shipmaster's house is also located on the popular Danube bike path and offers its own bike parking and e-bike charging facilities. Haus Ybbstalblick

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

The apartment is decorated in a rustic peasant style, which is located in a stylish former square courtyard. Our house is located on the edge of the Ostszentrum in a quiet location. The nearest bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Due to the generous equipment and arrangement very well suited for business travellers and fitters.

Hexenhaus

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Hexenhaus befindet sich im Herzen des Wald4/teils. Du kannst gleich in den Rundwanderweg zum Lohnbachfall einsteigen. Mountainbike Strecken gibt es rundum genug. In der Nähe gibt es ein Waldbad und Naturbadeteiche. Ab 17:00 kann man im nahe gelegenen Kurhaus das Wellnessangebot nutzen. Im Winter ist es nicht weit zum Schifahren oder zu den Langlaufloipen.
