Great 3 bedroom unit with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, large living area with lounges, dining table & big screen TV. Also has a balcony with BBQ, outdoor table & views of Nambucca River from the balcony, living room & 2 of the bedrooms. Very clean. Modern kitchen with microwave, stove, oven & full sized fridge. Has a private garage with stairs to front door. Accommodation is walking distance to the RSL club, V wall, shops & restaurants. Really enjoyed the stay. Very relaxing listening to the ocean. We would stay here again.

Cannot recommend Beachside on Twentieth more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you would want in the apartment, but just 30 seconds walk from the front balcony is Murray’s Beach. Walk north over the headland to Boambee Headland, south the Sawtell’s Main beach and onwards to the Rock Pool. A 25km return bike ride to Coffs all off road and safe for the kids. A 10 min stroll to town or a 20m walk to the Hilltop Cafe for morning coffee. The apartment is so well appointed with quality appliances and cooking equipment to make eating in a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit to Sawtell already. Thank you Pete!

We had a wonderful short stay and will definitely be coming back for a longer trip. Great cafe and restaurants right at the door step , a super short stroll to the waterfront make this a gem.

Enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and tidy with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Location was great, close to the beach and a great walking pathway for kids to ride their scooters opposite the townhouse. The bowling club was a great place to eat which was walking distance. The pool was nice and warm and perfect for cooling off. I would recommend staying here. Nikki was responsive and gave clear instructions.

A great place to stay with kids. Jan’s place was the perfect location for our family of 5. Easy access to cafes, the beach, playground and local shops. A wonderful balcony to watch the morning sunrise on the beach too. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessities. Easy access with a key lockbox.

Fantastic stay in a peaceful area. Very walkable to some nice swimming spots. Surrounded by cafes and places to eat. Self check in was super easy with smart lock. The unit is well layed out and everything clean. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

Lorraine’s place is in a fantastic location, overlooking Arrawarra surf break. We had a lovely stay and wish we had stayed longer! A great spot if you’re looking for some time away or tripping up the coast as we were. Lorraine was able to greet us and answer any questions, thanks for being so helpful! We would highly recommend this stay.

The place was perfect for our requirements. Although there is only 1 aircon, if left on the downstairs room was nice and cool. We loved the space and everything was spot on.

Coming from Sydney and visiting friends on the way our arrival got later and later. Nicole’s directions were a godsend late at night. We slept so well on the large very comfy bed and we woke to a stunning view and felt right at home. It’s magical, welcoming and cosy with all of the amenities that we needed. The area is lovely. 10 minutes to beautiful Bellingen, great choice of shops and eateries, old world yet modern. We wish we’d had more time there and would come back in a heartbeat. Debb and Jeff’s Airbnb is hands down the best we’ve stayed at in years of traveling! The place is spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and filled with thoughtful touches. They even provided food essentials like rice, homemade peanut butter, crackers, and a delicious homemade hummus with bread. The bed is unbelievably comfortable, and everything feels carefully designed for a perfect stay. But what truly sets this place apart is the kindness of the hosts. When bad weather hit, they generously offered us an extra night free of charge, not wanting us to take the road in our van under unsafe conditions. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s an exceptional experience! Thank you so much, we are so grateful!

Bob met us on arrival and provided a second set of keys. He was so friendly and welcoming. The appartment was spotless, modern, comfortable amd minutes walk from cafes, supermarket and beach. I highly recommend staying at Bob and Lyn's.

The Cubby house has everything you need and more for a beautiful stay. Thoughtful touches of comfort. We hope to come back one day.

Peaceful spot to stay and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodation was lovely and very comfortable. The spa bath was very relaxing and a highlight of our stay. Caterina has thoughtfully equipped the unit with special touches and generously supplied lots of tea, coffee and snacks (popcorn, lollies, chips, crackers, soft drinks... ) Also, the unit is supplied with plenty of amenities that were required for our stay. Hope to be back soon and thank you Caterina.

Thank you Ned and Simone for your lovely hospitality. You have a beautiful place that fit us all perfectly and the view is absolutely stunning. Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

We had a great time staying at Brett & Jess’s place. Beautiful spot on the beach with a nice shared pool and hot tub to use as well. It was very relaxing and perfect for the two of us. Also decently close to Coffs Harbour for sightseeing.
