Two double beds, one of which can be split into two. Bedding and towels are included in the price. In winter, there is the opportunity to go snowmobiling from the yard directly to the Heinävesi snowmobile trails. Good opportunities for outdoor activities. Even a truck can fit in the yard. Hot tub rental is possible for stays of more than 2 nights.

Old farmhouse and outdoor sauna

Here's your chance to get to an old country house cabin to spend the summer and heat up a separate wood-burning sauna. The house is surrounded by fields and forests. You have access to a kitchen with dishes for four, an electric refrigerator and a gas stove, bed linen (your own linen or rented for 10€/person). Electricity comes to the cottage with a solar panel. If you want, you can feed the cows in the traditional pasture. 7 km to the center of Rantasalmi, where you will find the nearest grocery stores. You can drive your own car to the cottage yard.

Dishes and utensils needed for dining. Beds including sheets and towels. The washing machine €5/wash also includes washing and rinsing agents. New (September 2023) apartment in the center of Joensuu, 500 meters from the university. Fully furnished, ideal for both short-term and long-term stays. The studio is for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4 people: additionally we can add 1 cot + fold-out bed for extra 50 euro, agreed in advance. Pool 600 meters away, cafe 200 meters away, market 1 km away, train station 2 km away. Spacious balcony, elevator, private parking with heating and charging. Perfect for convenience and comfort.

Large covered balcony. The apartment building has an elevator so it's easy to get around the apartment. The apartment includes a parking space.

Valoisa huvila Saimaan rannalla lähellä Puumalan kylää (n.18km). Huvilan suurista ikkunoista avautuu upea näkymä kauniisiin maisemiin. Huvilasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta neljälle sekä lisävuoteet kahdelle. Keittiö ja olohuone ovat yhteistä tilaa. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu. Syrjäinen sijainti tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja hiljaisuutta lomailuun. Mikäli kaipaat lomasi aikana siivousta, huvilan oma robotti-imuri hoitaa sen puolestasi :)

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the center of Savonlinna, but away from the noises of the city. The nature is 200 m away and main city attractions are just in a few minutes walking distance. Shops are nearby too. You will have free parking, additional entry from terrace, and possibility to use house's sauna. Pets are welcome. Perfect for two people, but we can make a foldout bed for a third person.
