This old farm from 1878, completely renovated by us, is located at the end of a path and at the foot of the start of hiking trails, the house is in the heart of nature, an ideal setting for a stay in the countryside and a complete disconnection for two, with family or friends! Relax in this quiet and unique house located in the heart of a medieval village full of character. On the 1st floor, living room and equipped kitchen (+ dishwasher). The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. St Gengoux is ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bicycle path.

Georgette and Marc welcome you to the Cocon

The cottage Le cocoon welcomes you in a small traditional house on two levels. The main room with its old terracotta tile, includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area in front of the wood stove, a 90 cm bed. Upstairs a pleasant mezzanine space, with its 160 cm bed, welcomes you for restful nights. Wifi and TV. P Because of the architecture, the cottage is not really designed for small children (stairs).
