Quiet 85m² cottage. Ideal family or work trip (12 min from ENEDIS training center). Access to the house is via the inner courtyard shared by the gîte and our accommodation located opposite. On the 2nd floor, the entrance via the patio leads to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room; the living room has 1 sofa, 1 TV, and 1 work area + 1 toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm double bed, with the bathroom + toilet adjoining, and the second bedroom has 2 90 x 190 cm single beds.

We'll be happy to advise you. ⚠️it should be noted that to access the accommodation there is an outdoor metal staircase with steps in calbotis. Avoid if you have knee problems or if your pets don't go down the stairs.
