A tram stop is 30 m from the building, ideal for getting around or joining the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. You can park your vehicle in a free public space in the surrounding streets or in a paid space in front of the building.

With a capacity of 8 guests, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
