A newly renovated stylish two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti's services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

We are happy to welcome you to the cozy Villa Koira-2 cottage for a holiday in Finland at any time of the year. The house is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishwasher, large living room with fireplace. A bathroom with a shower and a sauna. There are 2 bedrooms (2 +1) and a second floor (3 beds and a bathroom) that can accommodate 6 guests. The slopes/tracks of Vuokatti are 5-7 minutes away. Bed linen is available on request (10 euros/set).

You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.
