Anna was the perfect host. From the banana bread to letting us borrow a tape measure to the small talk. We surely enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back. 100/5 stars 🌟

Cabin #1 on campground

CarolineRating, 5 starstoday
We really needed a place to recover after exploring the river and looked on air bnb for something affordable and Ryans listing worked out perfectly. We brought our dog with us and she was comfortable in the cabin while we went to dinner. It really came in handy. The community kitchen was really cool, fully stocked with utensils, spices, coffee, etc we were able to make a delicious breakfast before we checked out.

Hibernation Station: Bunk room, 5 minutes to WCU!

JasonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Would stay again for quick visits to Sylva/WCU. It was very peaceful and quiet and in a friendly neighborhood just outside of WCU. The place was spacious and nice, and lots of area outside for our small dog.

“Little Black Bear” cabin by the creek

SidneyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
You won't find a better host than Greg. He helped me out when some issues arose without a second thought and is overall just a pleasant person. The cabin is only half an hour from the Smokies and many other hiking and fishing spots. The cabin is small, but has everything anyone could need and is well built. Overall, couldn't have asked for a nicer stay in SW North Carolina.

Catamount Cottage Studio across from WCU!

KristieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Catamount Cottage was just what I needed after a long day attending WCU orientation with my son. It was a quiet, lovely cottage, and the rain that night on the tin roof was so relaxing! I will be back!

Greens Creek Cottage - New listing!

KrisRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wonderful spot near the creek, in the top scores for one of the cleanest places, thoughtful art works throughout the home, comfortable and clean beds, kitchen has ample counter tops and dishware all real fine. Appreciated all that went in to creating the house and surroundings a pleasant and uplifting homebase. Katharine has the communication piece down with frequent and helpful information about places in the area to view, play in, and eat or buy food. For 3 of us from mid 70's to 80's the place was fun and relaxing and we all say big thanks to Katharine and the crew creatively worked on the cottage. Definitely would recommend to others and would stay again if in the same area.

Quiet & Cozy Mountain Home on Greens Creek, Sylva

ChristinaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed here before and just couldn't wait to come back. The house is a beautiful, private escape in the trees. Yet close to so many fun things to do. The kitchen is great to cook in and the views from almost every room are gorgeous. It's very clean, has lots of natural light and plenty of space to relax. We can't wait to come back!

The Florio | Tiny w/ River, Hikes & Rafting

HaleyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our stay in this adorable tiny home! It was peaceful and private, even with a couple other tiny homes on the same hill. The spot by the river was beautiful and still super close to restaurants and things to do. The house was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials including coffee beans and tons of outlets, which we really appreciated. It was such a relaxing getaway, and we would definitely come back again!
