Our stay at Matija’s place was a picture-perfect stay. He is the best host I have ever seen on Airbnb across continents. The place is exactly as described meeting all our requirements. What made this stay so memorable and super nice was the host Matija. Upon arrival he was waiting for us at the airport. He offered to pick us at the airport and drove us down to the apartment. He showed us the place gave some good recommendations. To welcome us there was a handwritten welcome greeting in our native language. The refrigerator was well stocked with chocolates as well. He also did give us instruction on the bus and tram in the city and how to go about. All throughout our stay communication with him was super easy and fast. Upon check out he was personally there to check us out. He drove us to the bus station and made sure we were on the right platform and on our way to our next destination. He went out of his way all the way. He is one great host and I will highly recommend it. 6 stars!!!

The place was great, well located, big enough for comfortable staying. There are also two beautiful cats who live in garage, outside. The bed is so comfy too. The only negative things are hot water somehow is not hot enough. Also there could be thicker blanket. But the rest is great.

Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

We spent a week in Belgrade and stayed in this apartment. It was very beautiful, the views are amazing and the interior itself looked just like in the pictures. I really recommend this to a groups of 3-4 people. The area is very walkable, with many places to it. The check-in was easy and fast, so was the checkout. The host was responsive and always ready to help.

Zoran is warm and kind, and we have a lot of facilities in the house, comfortable, comfortable, convenient transportation.
