I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. The flat of 65m2 size is a new building with air conditioner, big balcony, free internal parking & with an excellent view to the lake and mountain. It's at 200 steps to public transport with which you can acces all the swiss public transport system. It's easy to get to the swiss highway by car. Entire location completely intended for AirBnb customers. Partying is prohibited.
