Le Bois Joly is a 16th-century manor house that became a large farm in the 19th century. Located near Nogent-le-Rotrou, it sits in the heart of the countryside. Since 1985, we have been restoring it while respecting the architecture of the Perche region. We invite you to stay at the Gîte du Fournil and share in this fascinating history! To showcase regional producers, we sell a wide range of local products (beverages, pasta, preserves, etc.). Late Sunday departures are available !

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor dining and barbecue. At your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jacuzzi (except from late November to March), bicycles and... Many activities: forest walk, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. The Atelier is a bright and warm cottage, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. It accommodates up to 8 guests, with the possibility of adding cots or children's mattresses. The large table provides dining space for 8, a side table can be added for 15 guests. Open kitchen, antique furniture, original paintings and wood-burning stove. Up to 14 people with the adjoining house bedrooms. 3 minutes from Épernon, just outside Paris.

Le Fournil, country cottage

1 hour from Paris, come and rest for a weekend or for a longer period in this old bakery. Quiet maisonette, 2 km from Bonneval and its shops. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and a washing machine are at your disposal. Upstairs, the bedroom consists of a double bed (140 x 90) and an office area. The sofa is convertible, suitable for children. Additional discount for weekly bookings. Quote upon request.
