Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Bright and cozy apartment with a big well equipped kitchen. Suitable for 1-2 people or a couple with a child. Grocery stores, restaurants, gym, bus stops are 3-4 min walk. Bus to Kadriorg park, built by Tsar Peter The Great, will take you there in 15 min. On the way you can pop-off the bus to visit the famous Song Festival Ground. Big grocery store Maxima is open 24/7. If you are a fan of salads, Maxima has one of the biggest choice. It also has a variety of hot tasty dishes for all tastes.

Absolutely loved the stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Everything was just perfect. The host was amazing — super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place!

Kersti is such a sweet person,excellent host! The place was amazing,even better than the photos,felt right at home. Everything was tought through so the guests would have a nice and pleasant experience. Beautiful balcony where one can sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I am happy we chose this place.

Spotless and well thought through place. Everything you might need for a stay is there. Cozy and bright. Squeaky clean bathroom. In general whole apartment made with taste and details in mind. Highly recommend. In the middle of... well, everything, Old Town is minutes away, lots of shopping malls, restaurants etc. around. Apartment itself in sharing a building with shopping mall. Public transportation is few steps away. Things to keep in mind. If you a light sleeper the road outside can be a bit noisy. Earplugs kinda helped. Plus if you are going to stay with more than 2 people keep in mind that audibility between rooms is very high due to the apartment layout itself. Wasn't a problem for us.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The place was super easy to find, and checking in was really easy. The location was great and everything we needed was just a short walk away. I spent a week here for a work trip and exploring Tallinn, it was a great stay. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, bars and everything else you need. Even a short walk to Old Town. The wifi/internet is good for online working and meetings. Liivi was a brilliant host and was kind enough to help me out when needed something. Thanks!

Great location,easy to reach terminal for ferry or old town. Plenty of public transport. Lovely park 500m walk. We were family of 4, probably more suitable for 2 people stay as a sofa bed wasn't great, but double bed was very comfy. Great facilities if you need to do a wash or work out in the gym. I would stay there again.
