School Farm Holiday House

Kooli Farm Holiday House is a cozy log house located in a beautiful natural place on the shore of a pond. Our holiday house is a 2-storey house with 4 separate bedrooms with a total of 16 beds. From the first floor of the lounge there is a wonderful view of the pond in front of the house. On the first floor there is a lounge, a small kitchen corner, a toilet, a laundry room and a wood-fired sauna. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a shared toilet and laundry room. Next to the house in the yard there is a nice roofed lounge area and barbecue area, for an extra fee a barrel sauna.

This house received "Beautiful Home Award" from the President of Estonia in year 2010. The rooms are usually used by our own employees, but most of the time they are available. During renovation we did our best to make the rooms as comfortable as possible (hotel grade high quality beds, newest 4K LG Smart TVs, high speed wireless internet, high quality carpet, etc)

Mini Spa in Laulasmaa

Mini Spa in Laulasmaa where there is a lovely small house for 3 guests, three places are located in the attic where you have to climb with a ladder, 1 - 2 places on a comfortable sofa bed, sauna included, large terrace, courtyard with garden furniture and wood-fired hot tub, (+ 50€ per day) charcoal grill and firewood, WiFi, parking next to the house. House accessories included (TV, kitchen, fridge, etc.). Pets allowed. The romantic cottage is for enjoying peace (not for parties!)

Laulasmaa Puhkebaas is a cozy place to stay in Laulasmaa, about 29 km from Tallinn. Nearby are the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Finland and pine forests that create a calm atmosphere. There is a hot tub and sauna (extra charge), barbecue area and sports grounds. Guests can play basketball and volleyball, making this place great for both relaxing and active recreation. The house has up to 25 beds — suitable for large families, companies and small events.

Perfect for a digital detox, with no WiFi for true relaxation. The cottage comfortably hosts up to 5 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen and space for 2–3 cars. Two bikes available to explore the area and nearby pine forests.

A room for 2 (+ a child. The childrens bed 140cm) in a private house with a garden in Nõmme district is only 8 km from city center and is situated in beautiful nature far from big highways. Attention! I have two more rooms, so there is actually space for 7 people, if those two rooms (3+2 people) are not booked by other guests.
