Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

In our apartment with high-quality room furnishings with many natural materials, young and old feel comfortable. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils. We will gladly provide you with a baby cot for toddlers up to 3 years of age.

The quiet apartment is on the first floor and has a size of 34 m². The balcony offers another 7 m² and is equipped with sliding glass elements. These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.
