It is a comfortable and clean condominium. The complex has many facilities and within walking distance are restaurants and supermarkets. Alan is a great host who always responds quickly. My stay was excellent and certainly repeatable.

Great location- walkable and proximate without any nighttime noise. Rooftop pool and gym were great amenities and added value. Clean and fully functional room. Easy to procure garage parking for a rented motorbike. Only con was internet speeds and required periodic login. Not an issue for casual use, but would be problematic for streaming or remote work.

Bew is very nice. She replied to my messages swiftly. The building was easy to find. The environment is good. There are plenty of facilities eg. restaurants, massage shops, fruits markets, shopping malls, exchange booths, coffee bars, ATM, 711 shops….. , moreover, it’s easy to access walking street for night performances. Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

In-person welcome Apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures. Very nicely furnished and equipped with very good WIFI, very calm. Beautiful complex with pool, gym and sauna.

Nice place to stay. The location is great, close to 7/11 and two tops, there are good cafes and a water machine opposite the entrance to the territory. Five or six pools! Nice atmosphere, not crowded. The apartment itself is cozy, we liked it. Of the disadvantages, only the unstable Internet signal can be noted, but this is not critical)

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s within walking distance to a small shop, and Jomtien Beach is just a short distance away, making it a convenient location for a beach getaway.

Great host, really helpful when needed. Check in and out was easy. All was as advertised. The only thing i didn’t enjoy about the condo which was not the host’s fault was the lifts but they weren’t too bad. The building security was really good and helpful. For my first experience using Airbnb it has been a great one and i would stay in her place again.

Jialiang’s place was absolutely stunning! The villa was even more beautiful in person—super clean, spacious, and luxurious. The pool area was a major highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The surroundings were peaceful, and everything was well-maintained. Jialiang was a fantastic host—very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and upscale stay!

In itself, the mattresses could be replaced, quite worn and hardly suitable for sleeping, you either have to be very tired or drunk to sleep on it. That's the only negative thing about the whole thing. Otherwise great location, equipment and communication.
