Quiet studio near Geneva

Charming fully renovated studio located at the foot of the Jura, 20 minutes from Geneva airport and 10 minutes from CERN. The studio is located in our house but has a separate entrance. It consists of a living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom open to the living room. The house is located in the heights of Saint-Jean-de-Gonville, in a very quiet area with views of Mont Blanc. Airport shuttle is possible.

A large living room with quality equipped kitchen, living room overlooking the terrace. Two bedrooms complete the property, bathroom and separate toilet. On the sleeping side, a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm sofa bed in the second bedroom that can be used as an office and another sofa bed in the living room.

A cozy nest in the middle of the forest. Equipped with electricity but no running water, a good way to learn to use it sparingly, a hot shower outdoors is nevertheless possible,

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
