Absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, spacious, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The hosts went above and beyond, always quick to respond and super helpful. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The stay was great. Victoria and Luca were great hosts. Friendly, attentive and accommodating were few of your positive qualities. The place had a great location, lots of shopping was close by and by bus and train you are super fast in the city. We particularly liked your restaurant recommendations. Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break from seeing cities. Bella was very helpful, letting us know what would be open over a holiday, recommending a lovely restaurant and hikes etc.. We had what we needed to cook for ourselves.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

The apartment was new and in a great state. Internet worked really well (important if one needs to work from there) and so did all other apartment's facilities. Giacomo, the host, was always very attentive and responsive, helpful and courteous. Parking in the area is tricky, for residents as well as tourists, but there are options to explore.

Great Airbnb. Close to the beach. Check in and communication was hassle-free. Ocean view from the balcony. We all enjoyed it very much.
