We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Welcome to the housekeeper's apartment (basement) of the former parsonage. The apartment is very quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes, you are on foot in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.
