Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saskatoon

This was one of the nicest Airbnb that I’ve stayed at. The neighbourhood was great for walking and enjoying the Broadway area. The home is very well set up.

If we could give this place 10 stars we would! The space had everything we could have hoped for: great location, cozy, beautiful pottery made by the host, nice big backyard, and the sweetest kitty ever. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back!

Desiree and Nathan were absolutely lovely hosts. This place is deceptively large and has lots of room to relax socialize and hang out. The hot tub and outdoor patio was so comfortable and private! We had a blast staying in this bnb. Easy check in/ out. Great communication throughout!

The house itself is nice and clean. The bed I slept in was the equivalent of a boxspring mattress. But some of them did have foam on them. They’re a bit better. *** Warning*** you have a lot of outdoor neighbors that are doing drugs and it does not feel safe and literally camping outside of the property on the street at night time.

Daniel’s house was exactly as described. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed. Beautiful surroundings with the river out front, playgrounds nearby, and walking distance to a small Shoppers Drug Mart. Daniel was clear, straightforward, and kind in his communication. Highly recommend.

Diane was very friendly and her place was clean. Great area to enjoy downtown.

Lorraine was very responsive, super friendly, easy to talk with and very helpful.

Even before booking Eduardo was very responsive and attentive. During our stay he kept being there for us when we had questions about the place and even local attractions. The place was very organized upon arrival, easy check in and out. Highly recommend!

Exceptional stay - clean, modern apartment in a great walkable location, underground parking with everything you need

It was better than I expected. The attention to detail was perfect. The amenities like flosser piks and q-tips in the bathroom is a nice touch. Very clean. Happy with the fridge that had ice and water as we forgot to pick up some water. Something we always do while staying in a hotel.

I could write a whole paragraph on how much I loved my stay at Heron’s Haven, it almost felt like I was home and visiting family. They gave very detailed instructions on how to reach the Airbnb, lighting and private entry way to the Airbnb is also a plus! The Airbnb itself is very cozy and feels like a second home. The bathroom is well equipped with toiletries, bath towels and other necessities were provided. The kitchen had the necessary tools to make small meals. The Keurig was a plus in my book, and thank you for the small treat you left for us in the fridge! Robert and Karyn were very accommodating and had a lot of recommendations on what to explore in Saskatoon. They were very informative about the area and are very knowledgeable about the history of the city. I definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb, I will definitely book again when I come visit Canada in the, hopefully, near future. Thank you again for making me feel right at home and for making my stay so memorable.

Jonathan is a great host. He was responsive and a clear communicator, and he checked in to see how things were going. The space is exactly as shown/described. The office desk with a monitor and printer was incredibly helpful and great for those on working trips (such as myself). The place was well stocked, with just about everything you could need. It was easy to get around the area on foot or by car, and I appreciated that a parking space was included. The building is concrete, although you can still hear the normal after-work hustle and bustle (which seemed contained to 530-830pm). It wasn't loud or distracting at all, but worth noting if anyone is on shift work and those are prime sleeping times (a set of earplugs and you wouldn't be able to tell). Thank you for sharing your space, Jonathan. I will be back if/when I need a place to stay in Saskatoon.

A beautiful condo in a very quiet building, close to restaurants and easy access to get to and from airport . Loved being able to sit outside on the spacious balcony and watch the sunset 🌅. Melissa is a fabulous host , there were lovely snacks waiting on our arrival as well as a basket of toiletries in case you forgot something! Great thoughtful touches . We also truly appreciated the detailed instructions for the tv remote!! This often is overlooked at other places we stay! Definitely would stay here again .

Grant was GREAT! He was very quick to answer questions and was super helpful. The unit was lovely, spacious and just right for our needs. Easily walkable to the downtown area, park right beside us, had a lovely stay.

My partner and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! We were rushing to find a last-minute spot and were gratefully surprised to find such a lovely listing to save the day. The Airbnb was clean, organised, modern and well-renovated. We were also very happy to see that laundry was free and readily available. Lisa was also very responsive, kind and helpful and everything you need from a great host. Definitely would stay here again if we got the chance, thank you!

I spent almost 3 week at this place for a work trip. The place was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and even coffee pods which was a nice touch. I felt safe in the building, outside doors lock at 5pm which added to the safety. Good area with lots of restaurants and cafe’s within walking distance. Next time I am in Saskatoon for work I would definitely book this place again.

Debbie's place was an awesome stay for us. not far from our venue, not far from the river side. i have nothing negative to say about her place. Debbie was awesome to deal with, showed me around the building once I was there to check in. Totally recommend her place to anybody. I would definitely stay there again if given the chance.
