Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The "Sonnenhäusle" is located in Sasbachwalden absolutely quietly in the middle of nature. Built in 1936 by Karl Fritz, father of the Bambi Prize. Completely renovated in 2024, newly furnished and expanded with a panoramic sauna and a balcony roof. The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley!

Une maison alsacienne à colombages de 200 ans, restaurée il y a cinq ans au goût du jour. Un endroit magique où le temps s'arrête. Située dans le fossé rhénan qui sépare le massif des Vosges du nord de la Forêt-Noire. La Route des vins d'Alsace - Cleebourg (20 min). Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Charming natural home above Bühl with views over the Rhine Valley. Just 5 minutes from the city center, between vineyards and orchards. The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and all sorts of things.
