Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Our stay here was wondeful - such a beautiful location, peaceful and private in a rural area but a very short drive to Orosei. It suited us really well and we spent many a night on the veranda eating and drinking local produce. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, it was spotless. Not only that but it was really well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catered holiday - it was like a home from home. The dipping pool is lovely and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are fun to explore. loved the peacocks too! Thank you Luca! ❤️

Wir waren (leider) nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung bevor wir wieder nach Hause geflogen sind. Wir wären so gerne länger geblieben. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach nur traumhaft, die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Zum schönen Strand kommt man auch recht schnell. Patrizia ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, sie hat uns liebevoll empfangen. Sie hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert.

Io, il mio compagno e una coppia di amici abbiamo trovato Pina e la sua meravigliosa villa così per caso e tutti e quattro ne siamo rimasti super entusiasti! Super fornita e attrezzata di qualsiasi cosa, in una posizione strategica per girare quella parte dell’isola (spiaggia più vicina raggiungibile a piedi e centro di San Teodoro a 15 min circa in macchina). Per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità di Pina, un host con l’”H” maiuscola, davvero complimenti!! Quella casa ci rimarrà nel cuore per sempre, ci ritornerei ogni anno e la consiglierei a chiunque me lo chiedesse❤️

Great little stop on our journey around Sardinia. My wife and I both loved the very tasteful decor and the facilities available were high quality and easy to use. Probably the most comfortable bed we slept in - and that's up against 5-star hotels! Arbatax has a lot to offer too with boat tours and plenty of other activities to do and some great restaurants for the foodies out there. I loved the little bay next to the gate with the lighthouse on the hill. Beautiful! Also like others say, it's a good place to be if you're a cat lover. They're everywhere! I think they should change the name of the town to ArbaCATS! If I had any small suggestions for additions, I think one would be to have some blackout curtains, and another would be to have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, and want to say a big thank you to the host for their flexibility and warm welcome.

Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren durchgehend zufrieden. Die Lage ist toll, viele Strände und gute Restaurant waren in der Nähe und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Highlights sind die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick sowie die fussläufig erreichbar und sehr privaten Strände. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cute appartement in a quiet residential area. Lovely stay at Filippo's place! Walking (5mins from a lovely gelatos shop, a restaurant and sort of a brasserie cafe) very good location with a 6mind drive only to some very beautiful beaches ! Beautiful area, and a lot of splendid places to go ! Definetely recommend having a car to get around. ! Very authentic and unique. Lovely stay, Filippos has been amazing all along the trip, checking in if everything was okay, responding to any questions. Would definitely recommend .
