With private parking and a garden for eating out, furnished with antique furniture, cool house in summer and heated with a pellet stove in winter but the cost of the pellet is not included.

A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.
