Small room located on the first floor on the pedestrian path, Via Serra, equipped with private toilet (shower), free wifi, beautiful sea view (not balcony) ideal for a couple. Inside there is an electric jug for hot water, TV, hairdryer, fan. The accommodation is suitable for short stays, as it is small in size, and is very convenient for excursions being close to the paths that lead to Vernazza and / or Manarola, or to spend a few days at the beach. Breakfast is served at the "pan e vin" bar where I (Cristiana) work together with my husband (Stefano), and is the reference point for any information. The neighborhood of via Serra is very quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful view. Nearby is the wonderful church of S. Pietro. The town is connected to the station by a bus, which runs from 7 to 19: 30 (21:30 from April to the end of October). The town of Corniglia is the only one without a boat service. Unfortunately I don't have private parking but it is very easy to find both free (white stripes) and paid parking in the immediate vicinity (only 5 minutes walking distance). It's in a very quite part of Corniglia. It's just at the begin of the footpath to Vernazza and very close to the one to Volastra /Manarola. Outside there is a lovely garden with a beautiful sea view to share with other guests. A fresh breakfast is served at bar "pan e vin" from 8 am.

Our Triple Rooms have en suite bathroom, and offer every guest comfort including colour TV, hairdryer, safe, air-conditioning, fax service, tea/coffee facilities, free Wi-fi internet connection. We are a La Spezia (SP) city centre B&B, close to the Railway Station (100 metres), adjacent to the pedestrian area where enjoy shopping and cultural attractions. The best choice for the discerning visitor of the 5 Terre: ( 8 minutes by train), Portovenere and Lerici (20 minutes by bus), we offer the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Nearby Typical restaurant (within walking distance) offers our guests special prices at lunch and or dinner (Euro 15 per person) consisting of a two-course meal (pasta or soup, and meat or fish), side dishes, coffee and drinks (1/2 l. Mineral water)

La camera da letto è comoda e molto luminosa grazie alla finestra e al Velux che si apre nel soffitto spiovente con travi a vista. Il bagno interamente rifatto, composto da doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet, è interno alla camera. C'è una piccola cucina. Ci sono i condizionatori inverter sia in camera che in cucina. Agli ospiti di questa camera è riservato uno spazio privato esterno, una piccola terrazza detta "Place Mignone" dove ci sono un tavolo e delle sedie per pranzare fuori. Da qui si accede alla piscina in comune.

Sarete accolti nella nostra casa, nel centro di Levanto, con affaccio sul mare, non avrete bisogno di auto per la vostra vacanza. Abbiamo ristrutturato la casa di famiglia dove ci siamo trasferiti a vivere per renderla confortevole, abbiamo cercato di mantenere il piu' possibile l'architettura originale, aggiungendo comfort ecosostenibili e usando materiali ecologici dove possibile, in armonia con il nostro modo di vedere e di vivere. Vivrete a casa nostra, ma la vostra privacy e' garantita.

At 2 km from the historic center of Sarzana, the B&B Alla Fortezza is located on the Sarzana hills, on the border with Tuscany and a few km from the 5 Lands. From our bed and breakfast you can observe the Fortress Castracani and a relaxing sea view. The room is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom is covered exclusively in Carrara marble. The B&B Alla Fortezza is what you are looking for if you want to spend a few days in total relaxation in nature but also near the center and the sea.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Luogo ideale anche per visitare Le Cinque Terre, la Versilia il Golfo dei Poeti , raggiungibili in circa 30 minuti, oppure escursioni in giornata anche nelle città d'arte come Pisa Firenze e Genova in circa un'ora sia in macchina che in treno.

Nature and relaxation in the heart of Lunigiana under the Medicean walls of the old village of Fivizzano, known as little Florence, just a few kms from the 5 Terre. A magical and enchanted place, the Agriturismo Di là dall'acqua lies on the river bank and it can only be reached with a 4x4 drive or a SUV or alternatively on foot following a short and pleasant path in the woods after parking your car beside a Roman bridge.
