The SQUARE 16 Apartment is located at the Main Square of Szombathely, with a direct exit and a view of the square. The independent, spacious apartment has 2 large rooms with separate entrances, a gallery, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a nice little terrace overlooking the square. A King size bed in the separate bedroom, an additional double bed in the gallery and a convertible sofa in the living room allow up to 5 people to be comfortably accommodated.

It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Just watch in the evening as the sunset paints golden the tabletop mountains of the Tapolca Valley. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.

It is accessible from the Kivàlò road. Surrounded by vineyards in a forest environment. Equipped with a great heating air conditioner, which makes it a pleasant warmth for guests even on the coldest days. Electricity can only be used for household purposes. Devai-LUX apartments are located in downtown Sárvár, on a quiet, tranquil street. The apartment house was handed over in 2020. For those looking for vacation and relaxation, we highly recommend our apartments. All target groups can find the right place for us. Check out the description of our apartments and the photos. We ask you to pay the tourist tax on site, at the rate of 780 HUF/person/night (in 2025).

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
