House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Bright apartment consisting of a large bedroom with a double bed (new mattress from February 2024) separated from a large living room with a large Moroccan sofa (see photo, large enough for 3) that can be used as a bed for 2 people thanks to its very comfortable mattress topper (February 2024), a smart TV, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. It is located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and close to the center of the village with all amenities (bakery, small grocery store/newsstand/tobacco shop, butcher, restaurant, pharmacy, doctor...)
